My patient is a 19 y/o male college freshman who had an OATS procedure in early September 2018 using the “snowman” technique – described in this video. The patient originally had surgery in 2015 for OCD which failed. This study is basically saying that this surgery procedure has decreased outcomes compared to a multifocal approach. Knowing this information, would you change your rehab approach?
