I thought the video was a really helpful explanation of the concept. I downloaded the article “Neural representations and the cortical body matrix: Implications for sports medicine and future directions” by Wallwork et al that they discussed at the end of the video. I’ve attached it below. It was an interesting read, even if a bit of it did go over my head.
